A case manager serves as a liaison between the Human Resource Department, the Line Management and the employee to be transferred. We will coordinate everything in a typical cycle from the initial talks to transfer an employee until the successful repatriation.


We meet with people in person or by telephone, and facilitate creating letters and reports to enhance communication between all parties. We help the person to be transferred and their family to navigate the various topics to be considered when transferring internationally, providing resources that will be needed to quickly become productive in their position in the new country. 


We can support you in making informed decisions and in helping you get answers to questions about your Global Mobility concerns. Our goal is to assist you in getting the support you need. We do not make decisions for you, but rather help give you the tools you need to do so. You determine the extent to which we assist you.
